Personal Training 

The main challenge most of our clients have when it comes to training is learning how to move in safe and effective ways. A majority of our clients present to us with some kind of dysfunction or pain. Fortunately, our PT’s are extremely effective in spotting areas of strength and mobility to focus on in these cases – on an individual basis. By working on optimal form, mobility and muscle activation during exercise, our clients feel more confident in how they move. Once exercise becomes more natural and performed with confidence, our clients feel they can create a habit and routine with moving well.  

The benefits of good exercise are profound, when it comes to metabolic syndrome, namely; reduced obesity, management of insulin resistance (by improved management of glucose by the body), increasing levels of beneficial HDL (high-density lipoprotein) cholesterol and lowering LDL (low density lipoprotein) cholesterol, improved cardiovascular fitness and building lean muscle.
