On your first visit to our clinic, our priority is identifying the root cause of your concerns.
During your second visit, we’ll discuss our findings and recommend the best course of action. If you’re satisfied with the plan, we can begin your first chiropractic adjustment.

What to Expect During Your Chiropractic Consultation

Health History
We’ll start by getting to know you, your condition, and your health goals.

Chiropractic Examination
Your chiropractor will perform an initial assessment, including orthopedic, neurologic, and functional tests, as well as a posture check and evaluation of your core strength and flexibility.

Digital Posture Imaging
You’ll see a digital image of your posture, which reflects the health of your spine and nervous system. This helps us pinpoint problem areas quickly.

Spinal Assessment
We’ll examine your spine, checking for any nerve interference that might be causing pain or affecting your body’s functions.

X-Ray Imaging
If necessary, we’ll take X-rays to gain more insight into your spinal health. These are included as part of your consultation.

Full Body Wellness Score
In some cases, your chiropractor may assess health markers such as BMI, muscle and fat mass, pulse, and blood pressure to provide a more comprehensive view of your overall health.

Follow-Up Report of Findings
At your second visit, we’ll explain the results of your examination, discuss the root cause of your symptoms, and recommend the best treatment plan. We’ll also answer any questions you might have about the healing process and costs.

Your First Adjustment
If you’re ready to proceed, we can begin your first chiropractic adjustment during this visit. This is where you’ll start experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care.

The Benefits of Chiropractic

After your initial consultation, we’ll book your second appointment.  In this meeting we’ll share the examination findings with you in simple terms of what we believe to be the cause of your pain and symptoms.  We’ll advise you on the best course of action going forward and we promise to take the time to answer any queries you have including time frame of healing and the costs involved.

At the end of this meeting, you can choose to experience your first Chiropractic adjustment.
