What a Chiropractor does for your spine, a nutritionist does to keep your digestive system and your body running smoothly.

How would you like to have more vitality and energy, sleep better, feel lighter & sharper, and improve your overall wellness?  We can help…

What are the benefits of working with a Naturopath-Nutritionist?

We know it can be daunting to make large lifestyle changes all at once, so our approach is about making the small changes to get the best results.

We focus on ‘clean eating’ for the long term rather than faddy crash diets that only provide a short term fix. We don’t believe in denial but more about making the right choices.

A naturopath-Nutritionist will help you get a healthy and delicious eating plan that works best for you.

Whether your goal is weight loss, boosting your energy levels, or learning how to cook and eat a healthier diet, our experienced nutritionist, Marilyn, is here to help.

Remember, making changes doesn’t mean that you have to uproot your entire life!

We work with you to make sure that the changes can stay with you for the long term and can fit into your life. We know that many people struggle with a a busy life and fitting in lifestyle changes may seem a challenge too far. That is why our tailored plans are designed to work specifically for you.

You can rest assured that your plan will not be radical and restrictive and nor will it be dull. You will be inspired to try new things and make those small changes that make all the difference.

Meet Marilyn, our in house nutritionist:

Hi, My name is Marilyn and I’m a registered Naturopath-Nutritionist and a Wellness Coach. I love to inspire, share my knowledge and empower people to take control of their health and life.  In my sessions I listen carefully to my clients, getting to the root cause of their nutritional issues and offer a clear and practical plan to overcome these health challenges, and quickly!

And Emily, our in house nutritionist:

Hi, my name is Emily. I am a Naturopathic Nutritionist so I work with the body as a whole to help balance your systems holistically, working with my clients to achieve their wellness goals. Those goals are specific to the individual and can vary from weight loss, to hormonal imbalances to support with specific diseases. It is very much my passion to help people with their journey to health.

“Many thanks, Marilyn, for all your help while we were working in Vietnam.  Your recommendation to take apple cider vinegar for my reflux was a great help and I am still using it. Medical aide in our part of Vietnam was scarce so we relied on your naturopath skills for many of our ailments and you were always happy to help.“

What will my journey with a Nutritionist look like?

  • The consultation with our Nutritionist will look in detail at your medical history and presenting complaints, your lifestyle, and diet.
  • We discuss the goals you would like to achieve and your expectations.
  • Our nutritionist will then share with you, in simple terms, the best strategy to improve your health and reach your goals.  You will receive a detailed email with a clear plan of action with dietary suggestions, supplements, and lifestyle modifications.

Introducing the InBody Report…

  • So, how do we find out what’s going on on the inside? In your consultation, a highly reliable computerized InBody composition device will be used to produce a depth report of the main factors that affect your physiology such as: visceral fat mass, fat & muscle mass of your body parts, your tissues hydration level, and more.
  • This Body composition report is the baseline for your improvement to be measured against future InBody checkups.
  • Two weeks later a follow-up appointment will be booked to assess the changes in your well-being, weight, energy levels, etc. And take a second InBody composition measurement to confirm that we’re on the right track.

Continuing Support

  • The nutritional Coaching journey takes on average 3 months and includes four to five follow-up appointments as clinically required.
  • Our nutritionist is always available via email to support you and answer any questions arising between appointments.

We’ve had some fabulous results as part of our wellness program.

You can see for yourself the visual transformation and the improved technical results from the InBody machine.
