Unused client credit that remains unresponsive to clinic email communication for a duration exceeding 24 months will be subject to removal from the account. Subsequently, such credit will lose its eligibility for both refunds and usability.
However, if there are instances in which the clinic has not initiated contact with the client to apprise them of the credit within their account, the credit will remain within the client’s account for a maximum period of 6 years.
