We use highly technological equipment to assess your level of health at the start of the 8WW program to ensure that each of these elements will be specifically tailored to you and your goals.
This is called a Wellness Score Assessment. This acts as a very effective ‘Barometer’ to measure your overall health. It’s a great way of gaining peace of mind by confirming all is well, or it can provide us with an early warning sign that there’s a specific area that needs our attention.
