In-Body Composition Analysis:
Gain insights into your health with a comparative body composition report at the beginning and end of the program, helping you track your progress.
Functional Gym Training:
Engage twice a week in invigorating 60-minute sessions led by our certified rehab trainers, focusing on cardiovascular health, mobility, and strength. Your heart rate will be monitored and recorded using Myzone technology.
Weekly Zoom Meetings:
Tuesdays @7 pm or view recording later on.
Nutrition Prep guidance for the following week of the program and clean eating tips from our functional nutritionists, Marilyn and Emily, to support your gut health and keep you nourished with wholesome meals.
Stress Management Techniques:
Learn breathing and mindfulness techniques during your weekly Zoom meetings with our functional nutritionists to boost your mood and stay grounded during the winter months.
Winter Blast Kit:
Your supportive kit includes a gym bag, MyZone heart rate monitor, exercise resistance band, and supply of Vitamin D, Omega 3, and Probiotics.
Nutritional framework for you to follow and a Food Diary Support.
Our nutritionist will talk you through all the foods to include and avoid. Week one is a detox and each week will build upon the one before to help you learn and build a sustainable healthy diet.
