Ask Questions:   No question is too small
Ice:   Apply for 10-15 min every 2 hrs to tender area
Activity:   Keep mobility level but avoid strenuous activity after care. Reduce exercise intensity as per your chiropractor recommendation.
Sleep:   Choose firm mattress and Cervical Contour pillows for neck alignment. Do NOT sleep on your belly (face down).
Bend:   From knees, avoid sudden, extreme twists and turns
During Care:   Avoid rubbing or poking areas that have been adjusted
Regular Breaks:   Stand up, stretch, and move every 30 mins
Think Before You Do:   Pay attention to posture in all movements
Drink:   2L / 8 glasses of water daily.
