New Year, New You, But Better!

Joe WicksIt’s common to be very hard on yourself this time of year to aim to achieve great things.  A common problem is consistency of these changes. How can we make our goals long term?

There is a recent fitness inspiration, his name is Joe Wicks and he is known as ‘The Body Coach’. We find him loveable for his enthusiasm for tasty food and effective workouts that are convenient for those who don’t have much time.

He explains that “diets don’t work” and it is so true; we feel that to make changes we must work hard and want to reach it NOW! One thing that is important in life is to keep it’s ‘colour’ so to speak, and what we mean is that we all have a drive to do things that make us feel good. Mr Wicks is a great example of this as he inspires people to achieve their goals while enjoying it!

He also proves that food does not have to be boring to be healthy and just a little exercise each day can go a long way. We love his philosophy!

Make goals that are realistic, enjoyable and most of all rewarding.
